Gilead Community Services is hiring a Residential Program Manager to oversee adolescent residential programs in the Old Saybrook area serving adolescents with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The role provides and supervises clinical services, supports the Program Director, manages staff hiring, training, schedules, and workflow, and maintains a safe, home-like program environment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. The position requires a master’s degree in a human service field, five years of clinical experience including two years of management, and a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. The salary is $63,045 to $70,000 per year.
