Pinnacle Services is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager in Champlin, Minnesota, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential site serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. The role includes program service delivery, staff scheduling, quality assurance, direct care and coaching of Direct Support Professionals, medication administration oversight, and emergency contact responsibilities. Compensation is $19.25 per hour with flexible scheduling, including direct care and administrative work, at least every other weekend, and on-call responsibilities.
