Sample Supports is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager to lead residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across host home, family caregiver, supported apartment, and possibly assisted living services. The role oversees employees, providers, contracts, regulatory compliance, service quality, documentation, placement stability, safety, and crisis response, while also providing direct-care support when needed. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree, related experience, HCBS and developmental disability knowledge, and required training and certifications are preferred or required. Compensation is $65,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
