Pinnacle Services is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and program service delivery at a residential site in the Metro area, including direct care, staff scheduling, quality assurance, compliance, documentation, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses. The role pays $19.25 per hour, includes flexible scheduling with direct care and administrative work, and offers health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. Applicants need a driver’s license, reliable transportation, at least one year of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting, supervisory experience, Therap experience, and one of several education and experience pathways.
