Description
The Program Support Supervisor I provides on-duty regional coordination for assigned shifts, including staffing coverage, substitute assignment, emergency and crisis response, incident documentation, campus monitoring, visitor screening, medication administration, and administrative support. The role reports to a manager or administrator and requires either a bachelor’s degree in human services with one year of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $21.13–$31.69 per hour, with shift differentials and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
