Oak Hill is hiring a part-time Residential Program Worker in Waterbury, Connecticut, providing direct support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential and community settings. The role includes personal care, household services, appointment support, vocational and community activities, supervision, medication-related duties, data recording, confidentiality, and emergency first aid/CPR.
