Oak Hill is hiring a Residential Program Worker (RPW) for its Bloomfield location to provide direct support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. The role includes personal care, household and appointment assistance, medication administration, behavior monitoring, program activities, recordkeeping, and emergency first aid and CPR. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license; no prior experience is required. The position works 16 hours per week on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and pays $18.50–$19.40 per hour depending on the shift.
