West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler in Salisbury, Maryland to install replacement windows and exterior doors, remove existing openings, replace trim, clean customer homes, collect paperwork and payment, and return materials to the warehouse. The role follows company SOPs and PPE protocols, requires carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction experience, basic hand- and power-tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone or smart device. Compensation is approximately $17–$20 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, HSA, paid time off, and other benefits.
