Concentric is hiring a full-time Residential Security Agent to work onsite in San Francisco, California, embedded with a client and primarily stationed in a vehicle during 12-hour shifts. The role provides residential physical security, monitors access control and camera systems, supports incident management and emergency response, manages client communications, and maintains customer service standards. The position requires a current California state guard card, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to patrol large properties on foot; it is an unarmed position with a 4/3 and 3/4 schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $50–$52.10 USD, with medical, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
