Description
The role leads a defined residential service for people with disabilities at the Alexianer Stift Tilbeck GmbH campus in Havixbeck. Responsibilities include implementing organizational objectives, coordinating holistic client care, developing and optimizing residential offerings, organizing work and information flow, allocating occupancy capacity, planning workforce deployment, admitting clients, and processing staffing plans within budget and legal requirements. The position requires an education degree, several years of leadership experience, social and methodological competencies in working with people with disabilities, and MS Office proficiency. It is a 27-hour-per-week role with a five-day workweek and includes collective bargaining salary, bonuses, vacation days, pension, health management, and continuing education.
