Flathead Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager for a group home or supported living program. The role teaches and demonstrates community living skills to consumers with developmental disabilities, supports daily living, hygiene, transportation, recreation, medical appointments, medication preparation, paperwork, safety, and behavioral support, and mentors direct support professionals. The position requires flexibility to work any hours within a 24-hour period, a high-school-equivalent education, occupationally-specific training, and six months of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or in a similar field.
