Description
The role manages a defined residential offer for special living arrangements on the campus of Alexianer Stift Tilbeck GmbH in Havixbeck. Responsibilities include implementing organizational goals, coordinating care and support for clients, developing and optimizing residential services, organizing work and information flow, managing occupancy and staff deployment, and deciding on client admissions. The position requires a degree in education or a related field, several years of management experience, methodological skills in educational work with people with disabilities, social and teamwork skills, and MS Office proficiency. It is a 27-hour-per-week position with a five-day workweek and benefits including a collective-agreement salary, bonuses, vacation days, company pension, training, and health management.
