Supportive Concepts for Families is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) – Residential Specialists to provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, daily living skills, community participation, companionship, safety, and adherence to individualized support plans. The role requires applicants to be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience is not required because paid training is provided.
