Mental Health Connecticut is hiring a full-time Residential Specialist II in the Danbury area to provide direct services and supervision to adults recovering from chronic mental health and co-occurring conditions. The role includes implementing and documenting Individualized Recovery Plans, teaching daily living skills, ensuring resident safety, coordinating with therapists and community agencies, maintaining confidential records, assisting with entitlements, and providing coverage as needed. The position pays $20.60 per hour and requires a GED or high school diploma, two years of related experience or a related degree, license, or certification, and a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance.
