NFI North Oliver Place is seeking a Shift Supervisor to supervise assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants while supporting the Assistant Director with program operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least one year working with youth, strong organization and communication skills, crisis-decision-making ability, and willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
