Description
The Shift Supervisor supervises assigned Residential Counselors, Direct Care Staff, and program participants during designated shifts and supports the Assistant Program Director with program operations. The role includes medication administration and medical management on shift, on-call duties, and participation in the management team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and experience preferred, or an associate’s degree with five or more years of experience with the participant population, along with strong organization, communication, delegation, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
