The Residential Supervisor directly supervises Direct Support Professionals serving people with intellectual disabilities in residential, community, home, and remote-support settings. The role includes scheduling team members, completing documentation, medical oversight, on-call responsibilities, performance reviews, incident reporting, policy compliance, and direct support such as personal care, medication administration, life-skills teaching, crisis de-escalation, and transportation. The position is based in Parkton, Maryland and Manchester, Maryland, with two schedules, and offers starting hourly rates of $23.16 or $23.66 depending on the compensation band.
