Evergreen Center Milford is hiring a Residential Supervisor to manage one group home in its Residential Treatment program. The role coordinates activity and staffing schedules, documents student and staff performance, monitors health, safety, and medical procedures, and supervises Instructors in implementing daily instruction, data collection, and activities aligned with students' Individual Education Plans and Individual Services Plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Special Education, psychology, or a related field, two years of experience caring for persons with developmental or physical challenges, one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. It offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, medical and dental insurance, paid leave, a 403(b) retirement plan, and tax-exempt flexible spending accounts, with Monday through Friday work from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
