Description
The Residential Supervisor directly supervises Direct Support Professionals serving people with intellectual disabilities across homes, the community, and remote supports. The role manages scheduling, documentation, performance reviews, certifications, incident reporting, team meetings, budgets, and compliance with individualized care plans, while also providing direct support such as personal care, medication administration, transportation, life-skills instruction, and crisis de-escalation. The position requires at least two years of direct-support experience, two years supervising more than two people, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
