Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions is hiring a full-time Residential Supervisor/Cottage Supervisor in California and Kentucky to oversee daily cottage operations, direct care, admissions, scheduling, onboarding, and supervision of Adolescent Treatment Workers. The role includes maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu, ensuring staff ratios and regulatory compliance, supporting crisis and restraint interventions, coordinating with case managers and therapists, and providing guidance to youth and families. Applicants need at least two years of college or a high school diploma/GED, one year of experience with vulnerable at-risk youth, and three years of youth-treatment experience plus two years of supervisory experience; a bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field is preferred. The position offers $55,000–$65,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, and a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
