The Residential Supervisor directly supervises Direct Support Professionals serving people with intellectual disabilities in residential, community, and remote settings. The role includes scheduling team members, completing documentation, overseeing medical and safety needs, supporting personal care and life skills, coordinating with families and stakeholders, maintaining compliance with program and state requirements, and providing direct support to individuals. The position is scheduled Sunday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Parkton, Maryland, and offers starting hourly rates of $23.16 or $23.66 depending on the position band.
