Ascentria Care Alliance is hiring Residential Support Workers to provide 24/7 person-centered support to adults with mental health challenges in five Maine group homes. The role includes advocacy, encouragement of daily activities, assistance with individual treatment plans, and connection to community supports. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Maine driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to obtain MHRT-1 certification are required; prior experience is preferred but training is provided.
