Description
The Residential Support Assistant will work at Mellangården, a psychiatric residential facility for young adults aged 18 to 35, providing night-time support, supportive conversations, anxiety management, medication management under delegated authority, practical care, documentation, and handovers. The role requires upper-secondary education in social pedagogy, support pedagogy, or a relevant psychiatry field, experience in social work with people with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities, supportive-conversation experience, social-documentation familiarity, and spoken and written Swedish. Knowledge of motivational interviewing and night-shift experience in residential care are desirable.
