Description
The Residential Support Educator will provide residential rehabilitation and key-worker support to young adults aged 18–35 with mental health and/or neurodevelopmental disabilities at Mellangården, a psychiatric residential facility in Gothenburg. The role follows individual implementation plans from move-in through completion, supports residents’ independence and everyday functioning, collaborates with social services, healthcare, government agencies, and relatives, and handles social documentation and administrative tasks. The position requires relevant social-education or psychiatry education, experience in social work and residential services, supportive-conversation skills, social-documentation experience, and Swedish language ability; knowledge of motivational interviewing and residential services is preferred.
