COMES is hiring a residential support professional to implement and coordinate support for people with learning difficulties and complex needs in a new residential support unit near Friedrichsfelde. The role includes organizing the unit, coordinating leisure and group activities, developing care and support plans, conducting consultations and crisis interventions, cooperating with external institutions, documenting work, and participating in team meetings. The position requires official recognition as a pedagogical professional, very good German at C1 level, responsibility, resilience, empathy, and teamwork.
