The role involves day-structuring activities, reliable collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, and accompaniment in recurring routines, with deployment in the Lichtenrade area. The position offers at least €19 per hour, a start bonus of up to €750, a referral bonus of up to €3,000, and a work-location subsidy of up to €100. Applicants need a state-recognized qualification focused on participation, support, or residential support models, clear communication at least at B2 level, and the ability to safely support participation in everyday life. Part-time work may be possible depending on the deployment framework and support needs.
