Hagsfeld Workshops and Residential Communities Karlsruhe gGmbH is seeking a part-time Residential Support Specialist AWS (m/f/d) to join their outpatient residential support services within the Stutensee - North-East Karlsruhe residential community. The specialist will implement person-centered support offers for individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in society. This role involves working within a multi-person team, requiring comfort with night on-call shifts and weekend services.
