Description
The Residential Support Specialist provides therapeutic-milieu safety, hourly client observations, admission and discharge documentation in Epic, searches and secures client belongings, ensures medication and possessions are delivered at discharge, assists clients with activities of daily living, and maintains unit cleanliness. The role may cover open shifts in Withdrawal Management, 56 Recovery Programs, and Coventry House, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Applicants need an associate or bachelor's degree in human services or a high school diploma/GED, an active Connecticut CNA/MA certification or Peer Support Specialist certification, substance abuse or mental health treatment knowledge, and CPR certification within 60 days of hire; a valid driver's license is preferred. The wage range is $21.25–$25.00 per hour.
