Action for Children is hiring a Residential Worker in Buckie, Moray, to provide residential care for up to eight young people aged 11–18. The role involves daily household and care routines, supporting young people’s hobbies and special interests, participating in activities, administering medication when required, safeguarding, leading, and maintaining reports, plans, and case notes. It is available on permanent full-time, part-time, or casual contracts, with 37-hour full-time or 18.5-hour part-time schedules and a 24/7 shift rota including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins.
