Description
The employer is hiring a part-time residential support worker for people with mild cognitive impairments and accompanying psychiatric conditions in a residential setting. The role provides day-to-day support and accompaniment using a social-educational approach, identifies individual support needs, and requires independent work, teamwork, willingness to work rotating daytime shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and confident PC use. The position is permanent and offers 25–35 hours per week, with gross compensation of €3,036.87 to €3,340.56 under the AVR DWBO West collective agreement plus an annual special payment, along with pension, vacation, training, and other benefits.
