Description
The Residential Support Worker monitors male residents with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour/7-day Kerrigan Group Home, documents behavior and progress, trains residents in daily living skills, maintains a safe environment, and assists with vitals, medications, community outings, and other client-care activities. The position requires 29 hours per week, may include night shifts, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 21 or older, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and six months of social service experience; CNA certification and experience with home visiting or developmentally delayed populations are preferred. Only female applicants will be considered.
