Description
Falu Municipality is hiring one permanent, full-time Residential Support Worker for its Supported Housing and Residential Support Unit. The role provides individualized support to adults and children exposed to violence and to people with substance-use problems, including daily living assistance, admissions and discharges, care-plan implementation, safety planning, documentation, and coordination with caseworkers and other professionals. The position requires a relevant two-year post-secondary qualification, experience with the target group, a Category B driving licence, computer-system experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including on-call duty from home and potentially night shifts.
