Description

Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Residential Team Leader to serve as the Qualified Professional for assigned residential and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) programs. The role supervises staff, supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses, oversees person-centered planning and clinical documentation, maintains regulatory and service authorization compliance, manages employee performance, responds to incidents, and supports safe, effective residential program operations in North Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with after-hours availability; driving and travel may be required.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree; qualifying combinations may include an associate or bachelor's degree in human services or a master's degree in human services with required population-specific experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 1–4 years of experience working with people with mental health diagnoses or intellectual/developmental disabilities, depending on education.
Residential program operations experience is preferred, but not required.
Direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day settings is preferred, but not required.
Management experience is preferred, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications: Qualified Professional certification or eligibility under North Carolina 10A NCAC 27G .0104 requirements.
Availability for after-hours on-call coverage.
Ability to drive and travel as needed.
Ability to train and develop staff on service plans and program requirements.
