Description
The Residential Therapist provides individual or group therapy to adolescent clients in a residential eating-disorder treatment setting, collaborates with multidisciplinary clinicians, develops and monitors individualized treatment plans, conducts group counseling and therapeutic meal support, maintains clinical documentation, and coordinates care with community professionals. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, with Monday through Friday hours, occasional evening and weekend coverage, and rotating holidays. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $85,000 depending on provisional or independent licensure, with HSA/PPO, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off benefits.
