Canopy Children's Solutions is hiring a Residential Training Coordinator to lead training operations for residential care specialists, support hiring and onboarding, coordinate continuity of care across shifts and weekends, maintain compliance records, and develop training resources. The role also includes direct-care responsibilities such as teaching youth skills, supporting therapeutic interventions, providing transportation, and responding to behavioral incidents. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and at least two years of residential-setting experience are required; the position requires a valid driver’s license, flexible weekend and overnight availability, and may require overnight travel.
