The Senior Care Center Marienheim in Stolberg-Büsbach is hiring a full-time or part-time Residential Unit Manager to lead employees in a residential unit, manage care planning and processes, ensure quality and documentation standards, implement treatment-related nursing measures, collaborate with the Nursing Service Manager, and support residents and relatives. The role requires completed training as a registered nursing professional, strong organizational skills, shift flexibility, and knowledge of care process planning and IT; further training as a Residential Unit Manager is preferred.
