LMR Technical Group is hiring a full-time Resilience & Performance Coach (LCSW) to provide non-clinical resilience and performance support to Airmen and their families at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The role includes one-on-one coaching, workshops on resilience and stress management, referrals to support resources, confidentiality, trend analysis, and recommendations to leadership. Applicants must hold an accredited Master of Social Work and an active, unrestricted LCSW credential, be able to obtain installation access, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include military behavioral health, HPO, H2F, POTFF, resiliency, tactical-population, and overseas experience.
