SimpleXX GmbH is seeking a Resilience Technical Shopfloor Support for AIRBUS Aerostructures at the Finkenwerder location through employee leasing, with an option of being taken over. The role focuses on optimizing production processes and manufacturing concepts, tracking and resolving non-conformances, coordinating cost, schedule, and quality processes, planning and controlling new and serial processes, supporting capacity management, and escalating manufacturing disruptions. Candidates need a relevant engineering or technical qualification, vocational aircraft or mechatronics experience, production planning and manufacturing engineering experience, aircraft knowledge, shift availability, fluent German and English, and familiarity with SAP and Google Workspace.
