Westgate Resorts is hiring a Resort Executive Chef for its Southern Comfort Restaurant at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The role provides overall culinary leadership across resort kitchens, banquets, catering, and dining concepts, overseeing menu development, food quality, kitchen operations, staffing, labor and food costs, inventory, purchasing, compliance, training, and guest service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, seven years of progressive culinary leadership or equivalent training experience, strong management and financial skills, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
