Description
The Resort Manager leads the overall operations, guest experience, financial performance, compliance, and profitability of a resort. Responsibilities include overseeing accommodation, food and beverage, leisure, spa, and recreational facilities; managing budgets and forecasts; monitoring revenue and operational costs; supporting sales and marketing; building client and partner relationships; and maintaining facilities and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, 3–5 years of hospitality operations experience, strong financial and leadership skills, and knowledge of hospitality systems.
