Apis Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Resource Coordinator to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia, particularly those with mental health or substance use challenges. The role provides advocacy, ongoing support, goal planning, service linkage, regular home visits, appointment accompaniment, benefit education, recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination with participants, support systems, and community agencies. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a human service field, a valid driver's license, trauma-informed and strength-based support skills, communication and computer skills, and the ability to navigate Philadelphia.
