FosterAdopt Connect is hiring a full-time Licensing Worker to provide ongoing assessment, guidance, and advocacy to applicant and licensed foster, relative, and kinship families. The role supports families through licensing and renewal requirements, completes home studies and home visits, maintains documentation, and collaborates with child welfare professionals. The position requires a bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field, previous experience with at-risk populations, organizational skills, flexible availability, and reliable transportation; a master's degree is preferred. Compensation is $46,500 per year, with health, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
