Informed is hiring a Resource and Talent Manager to support the planning, allocation, and development of people across its digital business change programmes. The role partners with project and Squad leads, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and senior colleagues to understand resourcing needs, coordinate skills and capacity, identify capability gaps and recruitment opportunities, support hiring and internal mobility, provide resourcing reporting, and improve resource management processes. The position requires experience in resource management and workforce planning, strong analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to balance immediate resourcing priorities with longer-term workforce planning.
