Description
The Resource Medical Lab Tech performs laboratory tests, specimen preparation, CBC, urinalysis, acute-care testing, phlebotomy, result entry, quality control, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering across Holston Medical Group locations. The role requires graduation from an accredited MLT program, passing the ASCP national exam, phlebotomy licensure, 1–3 years of MLT experience, strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The position may be moved to different offices based on business needs.
