Description
The Resource Navigator provides intensive case management and family-centered services for a Family Resource Center, including outreach, intake, assessments, service planning, referrals, basic needs and transportation support, follow-up, documentation, and community education. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of related professional experience, First Aid and CPR certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and work authorization in the United States. It is a full-time position with no visa sponsorship.
