Description
Thrive Behavioral Hospital is seeking a full-time Resource Nurse to provide inpatient care to adolescents and adults undergoing psychiatric care. The Resource Nurse will offer clinical support and operational assistance, functioning as a flexible nursing resource to aid with admissions, patient assessments, crisis intervention, staffing support, staff education, and clinical problem-solving across various units. They will also support nursing leadership through coaching, corrective action follow-ups, and reinforcing facility policies.
