IntouchCX is hiring a Resource Planner for its Workforce Team. The role manages workforce management activities including scheduling, exception handling, data tracking, service-level monitoring, intraday staffing adjustments, KPI analysis, employee information accuracy, new-hire schedule planning, and program reporting. Candidates should have a related university or college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with workforce-management platforms such as Aspect, Teleopti, or Genesys, strong data-entry accuracy, analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and multitasking and self-management skills.
