The role oversees centralized intake and prioritization of shared agribusiness resources, including assets, facilities, labor, and advisory requests, while managing capacity, scheduling, and routing across internal regional arms and external client segments. The position maintains real-time dashboards, generates weekly and monthly deployment calendars, coordinates with farm portfolios and commercial accounts, enforces booking windows, and ensures resource consumption is accurately logged in the corporate ERP for ROI tracking. The job requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain/operations/logistics or agribusiness, strong Excel and BI/database skills, and 7-10 years of operations planning or logistics control experience in a matrix organization.
