Acorn Insurance is hiring a Resource Planning Support Analyst in Liverpool on a hybrid basis. The role plans and forecasts customer-service resources, creates staff schedules and rotas, monitors adherence and holidays, provides performance data, supports team leaders and senior management, and recommends improvements to service efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Candidates need prior workforce-management experience, familiarity with workforce-management software, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to analyse large data volumes. The position pays £32,000 for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
