Citi is hiring a Program Analyst to support complex cross-functional initiatives through the full program life cycle, including risk and issue management, reporting, plan management, governance documentation, metrics, and stakeholder follow-up. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–8 years of professional experience, advanced Excel data manipulation skills, and availability to work three days per week at a designated Citi location in Tampa, Florida. The full-time position offers a salary range of $79,120 to $118,680 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
